Canister gas mask
A gas mask is a mask put on over the face to protect the wearer from inhaling airborne pollutants and toxic gases. The mask forms a sealed cover over the nose and mouth, but may also cover the eyes and other vulnerable soft tissues of the face. Some gas masks are also respirators. The traditional gas mask style with two small circular eye windows originated when the only suitable material for these eye windows was glass or acrylic; as glass is notoriously brittle, glass eye windows had to be kept small and thick. Later, discovery of polycarbonate allowed gas masks with a big full-face window. Some have one or two filters attached to the face piece. Some have a large filter connected to the face piece by a hose.
Chemical Cartridge Respirator
An air purification device worn by miners that removes small quantities of toxic gases or vapors from the inspired air; the cartridge contains chemicals which operate by processes of oxidation, absorption, or chemical reaction. Cartridge respirators may be disposable or reusable. Many types are available for protection against various gases and vapors.
Air Pressure Demand Breathing Apparatus
Air Pressure Demand Breathing Apparatus is manual. It is an approved, rated five-minute escape device. The pressure demand air-line respirator phase is connected by an approved air-supply hose to a primary respirable air source; the worker breathes from this source with the valve of the egress (exit) cylinder of the device turned off until the user is ready to leave the working area. The user can leave, connected to the primary air source, or can open the egress cylinder valve and have approximately five minutes respiratory protection. When breathing from the air cylinder, the user can remain connected to the primary air supply and exit, or can disconnect from the air source for easier escape. If the primary air supply source should fail for any reason, the worker can switch to the egress cylinder by turning a valve and escape to a safe atmosphere.
Dust fume respirator
Dust fume respirator is easy and comfortable to wear. It is available with replaceable filter and screw to deflect the dust. It has elastic Head Band and Twin exhaust valve.
Colour : Yellow and Blue.
Air line canister respirator
Respiratory equipment is designed to prevent or lessen the severity of injuries to workers when engineering and the administrative controls are not feasible or effective in reducing exposures to acceptable levels. Respirator face pieces come in different sizes, such as half mask and full face piece. It is important to know the type of respiratory hazard you face to select the proper respiratory protection. Constant flow breathing apparatus provided with full face mask TR82. Complete with full face mask, corrugated hose, filter silencer, flow regulator and overflow valve
Self contained breathing apparatus
A self contained breathing apparatus, or SCBA, sometimes referred to as a Compressed Air Breathing Apparatus (CABA), air pack, or simply Breathing Apparatus (BA) is a device worn by rescue workers, firefighters, and others to provide breathable air in an IDLH (Immediate Danger to Life and Health) Atmosphere. When not used underwater, they are sometimes called industrial breathing sets. The term “self-contained” means that the breathing set is not dependent on a remote supply. An SCBA typically has three main components : a high-pressure tank (e.g.,2200 psi to 4500 psi), a pressure regulator, and an inhalation connection (mouthpiece, mouth mask or face mask), connected together and mounted to a carrying frame.
