Delhi: Fire Breaks Out in Electronic Store on Roshanara Road, Neighbours Evacuated
Delhi: A fire incident was reported in an electronics store on Roshanara Road in Delhi's Subzi Mandi area on Wednesday. Team of cops from Subzi Mandi police station including the SHO immediately rushed to the spot and residents from neighbouring houses were evacuated as a precautionary measure. A total of three fire tenders were pressed into service to douse the blaze at the location. Prima facie, the cause of the fire is suspected to be an electrical short circuit.No casualties or injuries have been reported so far. The store, where the fire broke out, deals in items like air conditioners, coolers, and geysers. Police will initiate appropriate legal action in the matter.
