The Delhi Police said the injured include the son of the man who owned the four-storeyed building near Rithala Metro station.

At least four people died and three others were injured after a building housing three separate plastic item manufacturing units caught fire in the Rithala area of Rohini Tuesday, the Delhi Police said on Wednesday. The blaze was doused by Wednesday morning.

The cause of the fire is suspected to be a short circuit, as per preliminary reports. A statement from the police said the owner of the building is Suresh Bansal, and his son Nitin Bansal, 31, ran a factory on the ground and first floors. Nitin is among the injured.
