Noida Fire News: A massive fire broke out in a four-storey residential building in Sector 87, Noida, on Tuesday evening. According to fire officials, the fire was reportedly triggered by the explosion of a domestic LPG cylinder on the first floor. The building was located in Naya Gaon Gali No. 1, and thick smoke quickly engulfed the entire building, forcing all residents to rush to the rooftop for safety. Officials stated that around 100 people were inside the building at the time. All were rescued safely with no reports of injuries or casualties. The fire department received the alert at 11:24 PM on July 8, and six fire tenders along with hydraulic platforms were immediately dispatched from the nearest and neighbouring fire stations. After arriving at the site, firefighters found flames spreading from the first floor and smoke trapping residents on the roof. Following this, the fire and police personnel reached the site and safely evacuated everyone using the stairways. The fire was brought under control.
