A fire broke out in a shopping centre in southwestern China on Wednesday with an unknown number of people trapped inside, state broadcaster CCTV reported.
Footage broadcast by the channel and shared on social networks showed thick black smoke rising from a building in the city of Zigong in Sichuan province.
