After 25 people were killed in a fire at a nightclub in Goa, police have booked the club’s owners, partners, manager, event organiser and other managing staff on charges of culpable homicide.

The fire broke out late on Saturday night at a club called Birch by Romeo Lane in North Goa’s Arporam. Of the 25 killed, four were tourists.
