A fire broke out in a Vikaspuri apartment in Delhi, leading to the rescue of two unconscious individuals who were hospitalized. Separately, a firecracker incident on a DTC bus in Dwarka resulted in minor injuries to a passenger and co-passenger, both of whom were taken to IGI Hospital.
