A fire broke out at the iconic Parikrama, the Revolving Restaurant, located in Delhi’s Antriksh Bhavan on Kasturba Gandhi Marg (Barakhamba Road) on Tuesday (June 30). According to initial information, the blaze started in the restaurant’s kitchen area, prompting an immediate emergency response. The Delhi Fire Service received a call about the fire at 3:40 pm, and extinguished the blaze by 4:00 pm. The authorities and fire officials are now inquiring into the circumstances surrounding the incident. Several fire tenders were rushed to the spot after the Delhi Fire Service received an alert. Firefighters have now contained the blaze. The cause of the fire and the extent of damage are yet to be ascertained, and no casualties have been reported so far. Delhi Hotel Fire Kills 21 Earlier this month, another fire at Delhi hotel claimed the lives of 21 people, while several were injured in the deadly blaze at Flourish Stay. Located in the narrow lanes of Hauz Rani, the building had a five-storey hotel above the Restaurant.
