A fire broke out in a tent at Sector No. 5 of the Maha Kumbh Mela while preparations were being made to fry puris. firefighters quickly contained the flames, preventing further spread. This incident followed a massive fire in Sector 19 caused by exploding LPG cylinders. No casualties have been reported in either incident. Read more
