Gujarat: 22 Dead After Massive Fire Breaks Out In Rajkot

Rajkot: As many as 22 people were killed after a massive fire broke out in TRP game zone in Gujarat’s Rajkot district on Saturday. After receiving the information, 20 fire tenders arrived at the spot and after hours of efforts, the fire was doused. The owner of the game zone, which was made entirely of wood, was arrested just hours after the fire claimed 18 lives. At the time of the incident, around 60 people were inside the gaming zone and 20 people have been rescued so far while the rescue operation is still underway. Horrific visuals from the incident showed massive blaze engulfing the building while thick-black smoke filled the air. Videos showed firefighters battling the blaze as onlookers watched in horror.
