Pune: A mentally unstable man in Pune locked himself, and released cooking gas in the kitchen. Alarmed by the situation, the Pune Fire Brigade was informed. After reaching the incident spot in Maharshi Nagar, the fire brigade team strategically broke into the flat, and took control of the situation. The Pune resident was safely handed over to the family, said officials. The incident took place when a 28-year-old man was alone at home.
